Jack started his F45 journey in November 2018. He weighed 125kgs, was eating poorly and constantly fatigued. He knew things had to change when he realized his 3-year-old son was faster than him. When Challenge 18 rolled around in April, Jack told himself he was going to win the Challenge—and he did!
